  I had a very good shopping experience a couple days ago, where I was met with a warm welcome and great customer service. I was helped by shererah, who helped me find exactly the pair of shoes I wanted for my wife. New to the brand but will definitely be coming back.

  I wanted to leave a review for TY at the ALO store in Westfield Ariel Way. This is the second time he has helped me and both experiences have been amazing. He is always so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely provides wonderful customer service. He went above and beyond to help me and made the whole shopping experience feel really comfortable and enjoyable. TY is such a credit to the store - thank you again for all your help!

  I never take the time to write reviews, but I had to praise Ada, who gave my Mom and me a lovely experience during our first visit to Alo. She stayed with us throughout our entire shopping journey. Ada took the time to befriend her, often because my mom doesn't speak English that well, and people in stores neglect to speak to her. So it was lovely hearing Ada bond and laugh with her despite this. And she helped my mother to find some pieces for herself too! Such a kind soul and a happy girl, you really made our day and you have a bright future with your character. The staff were also very kind and helpful, everyone was smiling and seemed so happy. I hope to visit again soon!

  I came in a couple of days ago during the 30% off sale and was struggling to find a few items. After being directed by multiple staff members, I finally met a colleague called Taiis. ​She was absolutely incredible! She helped me find items tailored specifically for me in my sizes, and she was polite, calm, patient, and very understanding. I even came back during my lunch break to purchase more items that she helped me style. I’ll definitely be back, but only for Taiis—her customer service was immaculate!

  I went alone yesterday and Maya and Sharareh were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed straight away, and their professionalism and kindness really stood out. The whole experience was relaxing, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable thanks to them both. You can tell they really care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend — thank you Maya and Sharareh for such a wonderful experience!
